Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • We don't accept returns or cancellations. No returns unless damage occurred during shipping, in which case you can send back the item for fixing or exchange.
  • Please note- Contact us within 7 days, including photos of the damage. (We always insure all of our items for shipping too).

Because of the amount of time and customization of every piece, Lotus Leather has a no return and no refund policy; but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Fully-Tooled Custom pieces: Photos of your leather piece will be sent to you throughout the process and that is the time to have any last input about design, style, and paint. Once dyed/painted and sealed very little can be done to change the appearance of the piece. Upon receiving your item, if you are unsatisfied for any reason please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make things right and ensure you are happy with your order; however, ALL sales are FINAL.
